You hereby acknowledge that you have voluntarily chosen to attend the bullriding event organized by 3 Ring Rodeo Company on July 6th, 2024.

In consideration for being permitted to attend and observe this event, I agree to assume all risks associated with spectating at a bullriding event, including but not limited to the risk of injury from flying debris, unexpected movements of animals, or other hazards.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue 3 Ring Rodeo Company, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and any sponsors or event organizers (hereinafter referred to as "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action, whether in law or in equity, arising out of or related to any injury, disability, or death that may occur while attending the bullriding event.

I understand that this release of liability includes any claims based on the negligence, action, or inaction of the Released Parties and covers all risks, known or unknown, foreseeable or unforeseeable, arising directly or indirectly from my attendance at the event.

All ticket sales are final. NO REFUNDS will be permitted unless you purchase the protection plan. This event will take place rain or shine.
